Civil20 has published the 2020 Policy Pack on their newly launched website for this year’s summit in Saudi Arabia. C20 is one of eight engagement groups, which accompany the G20 process. C20 aims to represent civil society, thereby holding governments and G20 leaders accountable. For each summit, C20 drafts a policy pack in which they present civil society’s take on G20 policy priorities. The C20 Policy Pack this year includes a Sherpa Track Compendium, and a Finance Track Compendium, with 11 dedicated policy papers addressing different G20 priorities for this year, while maintaining the continuity of civil society demands to G20 Leaders from previous years.
The topics covered by this year’s policy pack are:
- Climate, Energy and Sustainability
- Digital Economy
- Employment & Social Protection
- Global Health
- Trade & Investment
